A blackened ash wine cellar built into a feature basement of recycled red brick and arched ceilings. Each rack is arched to match the brickwork, offset and backlit, with a custom ladder and rail. Central display racking with lighting pelmets showcases labels, single-pocket display above and below. Heat-treated white ash, finished dark through the timber — the wine becomes the colour.
