SUPPLY PACKAGE · CLIMATE CONTROL.

Wine Cellar Climate Control.

Cellar-specific climate systems, sized to the room and the collection. Set once, and held.

Replicating and underground natural cellar with a consistent environment year round.

Wine ages on three things at once: temperature, humidity and the way air moves through the room. A domestic cooling unit can reach a number on a thermostat, but it can’t hold it, and it strips the humidity while it tries. Corks dry, seals loosen, and the collection ages faster than it should or worse still is spoiled.

The single most important quality of wine storage is consistency: the less the room moves, the better it keeps. A cellar-duty climate system is built for exactly that — steady temperature, humidity held in range, quiet running. We size the system to the room — the volume, the insulation, the door seals, the bottle count and how often the door opens — because a cellar entered once a month needs a different unit to one opened every night.

We specify and supply after the feasibility study, sized to your cellar and ready to install. Once it’s running it stays out of the way — what you notice is what you don’t: no seasonal drift, no wine tired before its time. Climate control is designed and supplied as part of a Cellar Creations cellar or Supply Package. We don’t supply cooling as a standalone item.

Steady temperature, humidity held in range – for as long as the wine needs
