About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Cellar Creations website (cellar-creations.com.au) and to any enquiry you make through it. Cellar Creations is a specialist cellar division of First Impressions Projects Pty Ltd (ABN [ABN NUMBER]), a registered building and design practice based in Mornington, Victoria.

By using this website, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.

Any project you commission with us is governed by a separate written agreement — a scope of works, a feasibility study, and any building or supply contracts we enter into together. These terms are for the website only.

The information on this site

We take reasonable care to make sure information on this site is accurate and up to date. But we don’t guarantee it. Wine cellar design and construction involves specific site conditions, project requirements and technical factors that no website can address in the general — a scope of works and feasibility study is where those get resolved.

Photography on this site represents completed projects and system examples. Specifications, dimensions, materials and finishes shown are typical rather than guaranteed for your project — every cellar we build is bespoke, and your project’s specifications will be documented separately.

Any indicative pricing, timelines or capacities mentioned on this site are for general reference only and don’t form a quote or contract. A binding scope, price and program comes only after we’ve prepared your feasibility study.

Enquiries and communication

When you submit an enquiry through this site, you’re asking us to contact you about your project. That’s not a contract for services — it’s the start of a conversation. Our response, and any scope of works or feasibility study that follows, is not obligated until both parties agree in writing.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it — including any drawings, photographs or documents you upload.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, illustrations, layout, design and code — is owned by Cellar Creations or its parent company First Impressions Projects, or used with permission. It’s protected by Australian and international copyright law.

You may view, print or share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, republish, or reproduce content on another website or in print without our written permission.
• Use our photography, brand, logos or system names in your own marketing or portfolio without our written permission.
• Modify, disassemble or reverse-engineer any part of the site.

The system names Cedar Custom, Blackened Ash Custom, Aged Cedar Custom, Stained Custom, Oak Modular, Shoji Custom, Straight Concave, Curved Concave, Curved Straight, Cellar Tech Custom, and Commercial Racking are used by Cellar Creations to describe our proprietary racking systems.

This site may link to other websites or reference third-party content — publications, suppliers, industry bodies or professional associations. Those links are provided for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or their handling of your information.

Availability of the site

We take reasonable care to keep the site available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues outside our control. We’re not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by the site being unavailable.

• Our maximum liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to $100 AUD or the amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.

This limitation doesn’t affect our liability for any project we agree to deliver — that’s covered by our separate contracts and by the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
